Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Wed, July 18, 2007 - 3:50 PMMy first boyfriend was a Scorpio, with a Scorpio moon. It was passionate and then so was the fighting...insanely so. But I was in high school. I think it depends on the rest of your chart really. Me personally, I'd steer clear. But I have a tendency to steer clear of water signs. It doesn't seem to work out for me. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Thu, July 19, 2007 - 8:06 AMI think Oola is right - check the rest of the chart... My father is a Scorpio - he is a really good man but could be controlling and manipulating at points - but because you are an adult you can play that off more. We tend to joke with him now about it all when he does it...:) He still tries but with us kids he knows that we see right through him and love him anyway. Check and see how your balance with water is in your sign (astro.com has a free chart making dealio). You may have heavy water influences so see...:) If you have alot more fire to his water it might be a little tough...but if there is a balance you just never know...good luck! -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Thu, July 19, 2007 - 12:54 PMPoor ST...you really need to get out more. Then of course, ironically, more experience of other scops. is that they are ridiculously self centered at times. Where as I'm merely smug. :P
Anyway, as tricksy says, you may have a water moon, or mars in Scop...who knows. I have mars in Sagg and I seem to have a thing for Fire signs, Sagg's in particular. Every woman I'm interested in either has their moon in Sagg or Leo. It's irritating, but it's one hell of a ride. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Sat, July 21, 2007 - 7:56 AMFIre, fire...ha! Just kidding! It is amazing when you look at the whole chart that you see many aspects of yourself and how you relate to others. My chart is all over the place leaning more toward Fire, Earth and Air...bits of water here and there. Maybe look at your Mars and Venus and see how you will relate to someone who is a scorpio? Whether it be friends or whether it be more. You could have a lot in there... The one thing I think of when you mix fire with water is can you make that relationship like the warm carribean ocean with the other signs in your chart? Does it show that and if so you both may balance out each other...maybe he has more fire in his sign so the Scorpio is less of an influence than you think.
Matt you're brave jumping into this thread it seems...:)

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Fri, July 20, 2007 - 11:31 PMpersonally, i prefer other sags for fun. ;^) But I have a Scorpio moon which may make me a bit more passionate than your average cat. Certainly, as Tricksy says check the rest of the chart. My Scorpio moon doesn't make me attracted to Scorpios. They're comments are a bit brittle for my tastes. But actually I also have my Mars in Capricorn which for a woman can symbolize the man she's attracted to. -

Tue, July 24, 2007 - 10:47 AM
I have Venus & Neptune in Scorpio... Neptune makes me *think* it could work... and it doesn't. Another Venus in Scorpio is fabulous, but Scorpio Sun? PASS!
I was married to a Scorpio for 3 years, 1977 to 1980 - but honestly, I was too young and out of it to really say. Nothing would have worked for me back then.
However, I married another one and that lasted 7 years, but I would not want to repeat the experience. He unconsciously held back in complete contrast to my Sagittarius Stellium's openness (Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter & Midheaven in Sagittarius)
So... enjoy the sex... see if you can get into their brand of spirituality, but it isn't that likely to last.
Good luck!

Tue, July 24, 2007 - 11:01 AMstacy it depends SO much on a scorpio's moon and rising and so on ..... it's a complex mathematical equation .....
and scorpios are generally best to be with other water signs, pisces cancer or other scorps .
no one else really understands them the way their fellow waters do ...

Wed, January 2, 2008 - 7:47 AMlots of good points here and I agree w/ majority. My experiences haven't been positive. And just from the surface things and my intuition I wouldn't date one I am however attracted to Leo's and like the idea of Fire n water creating the carribean calm .. That suits me ..

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Mon, February 18, 2008 - 11:09 PMI'm a sag, my first love was a scorpio, given he crushed me - but it was well worth it. But because of him I think I have become obsessed with scorpios, and I am currently in a long term relationship with one. And it is working out awesome actually, we just have a few simple rules.
1) I cannot over react in my all too sagittarian ways, and go out and emotionally slaughter him when he makes me angry.
2) We wait until the initial steam from us being mad is over and then talk things through.
3) He has to do a little extra to keep his jealousy in check.
They take effort - and though we seem to led multifaceted lives, I've never had such an awesome relationship before. He truly wants me to be me - he is so unbelievable passionate in bed that even after two years so far, it's felt like the first time nearly every time - and plus there is something so irresistable about feeling like someone is in love with you to the point of obsession. I dunno, maybe I am weird, but his intensity in the relationship makes all the petty things like jealousy and my tendency towards bluntness all the more worth it.
Basically you'd have to make some sacrifices like you do with any relationship, but I couldn't image being without my scorpio. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Sun, March 9, 2008 - 6:44 PMIn a nutshell:
Scorpio=controlling, creativity, passion, jealous, sadistic, intense everything
Sag=freedom loving, creativity, passion, commitment-phobic, doesn't take anything seriously.
I've known some brilliant Scorpios, but I can't keep a friendship with one...WAY too controlling. I would be terrified to be romantically involved with one. Run, Forrest, Run! ;) -

sagittarius won't allow having their personal freedom thereatened and scorpio won't

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Tue, July 14, 2009 - 6:00 PMCompromising is all fine and dandy when both actively do so. Nine times out

The positions as rendered by the NASA JPL HORIZONS integrator are those observed as well as integrated. In other words we have to observe the objects in order to determine their orbital elements for subsequent integration. Since it is not possible for us to e.g. observe Venus in Hydra 5000000 years ago, we try and integrate in order to obtain the likely position of Venus at the time.

Really??? Gee, that has NOT been my experience. For the most part--and this is true of every Sag I know except my mother, who is the pass-agg person of whom you speak--it is quite the opposite. I'm constantly bewildered by the rules people set up for themselves and others...especially on me.
I will say that some of the most beautiful, brilliant people I've known have been Scorpios, but it is just that sort of live-and-let-live attitude that I've always found inherent in Sag that brings out the sadism in them...and if you want to see me get "aggressive-aggressive", try to pin me down.
Maybe it's the Dragon as well...don't know. -

Fri, July 18, 2008 - 6:09 AMWell I'm a Libra married to a Sag.. and from what I've gathered about Scorpio.. this may not work
Sag. is special because they are well like by a lot of people. Seemingly non judgemental, they tend to be adventurous, free loving, and care free. But really they do care...
Scorpio people are of deeper substance.. emotional..intense...
I guess its how you deal with that .. but I'm really not sure.

Sat, September 27, 2008 - 10:17 AMlol... give me a break i'm tired of hearing how DEEP scorpios are & how they're above
mediocrity and of such substance. i would be to i guess if i sat in a dark room all day
and brooded over the bad things in life, and saw things as being only black or white. news
flash there is a grey area. they should maybe take a little vacation there. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Tue, December 30, 2008 - 3:51 PMsame here!
i admire scorpios loyalty and i have many scorpio friends, but this ''im so intense and deep'' thing is bullshit...
and cos they usually think theyre so misterious and reserved they dont realized they become so obvious
imho theres other signs that have a much more deeper, intuitive and straight vision of people and things like aquarius and pisces

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Mon, October 6, 2008 - 9:02 AMI recently go out of a long term relationship with a Scorpio..
Though we got along great at first, I always felt like he wasn't letting me into his life, which cause problems down the road. He also wasn't really considerate of my emotions and never really realized it despite my explaining to him how it hurt my feelings. Over all, I felt like he was too absorbed in himself and his own life, and when i got too close, he essentially pushed me away. Hope that helps..

PASSIONATE MIX! Scorpio + Sagittarius
Thu, October 23, 2008 - 1:50 PMI've been with my Scorpio for 9 perforated years. He cheated on me long ago and admitted it. I suspect he cheated on me recently, altough he denies it. He used to beat me. I always go back to the passion, and not just the kind in bed (although it's said they are the best lovers, and I believe it, although I have no comparisons). I like the passion with which he lives life. I know I will never find someone who is as dedicated to the betterment of both mankind and himself as he is.
In bed, my scorpio is like no other. I wouldn't know personally because he's the only guy I've ever slept with, but I have friends and sisters who talk (complain) a lot. My Scorpio always lets me have my orgasms first (as many as I can handle). He loves to go down on me, and that's a part of every sexual experience.
You won't find more intensity in any other sign. He is likely intelligent to a fault and a little conceited, but rightly so for all his knowledge. He will appreciate your spontinaety, philosophy, and liveliness.
Some problems we have had result from his wanting me to get out all my feelings when I can't put them into words. Getting out his emotions is something he must do, and sometimes, it bothers me that he get his anger out over the least little thing. When we argue, he dominates. His aim seems to be to grind my ego into the ground, but I am too proud to bow.
Our match works - we're still together, but not married. When asked (like, every day) if we will ever get married, my answer sums up everything, "I'm either going to marry him, or kill him." Or both! -

Re: PASSIONATE MIX! Scorpio + Sagittarius
Fri, October 24, 2008 - 1:23 PMyou two are both still together but at what cost? there are soooooo many things that you
just said that is getting under my skin. the cheating and the beating for starters. i've dated
scorpio men and i know the whole allure passion intensity that draws you in. but at some
point you gotta love yourself more than good ole mr. scorpio. *talk about some Ike
(scorpio) and Tina Turner(sagittarius) for you ass* lol -

Re: PASSIONATE MIX! Scorpio + Sagittarius
Fri, October 24, 2008 - 9:25 PMhow sad to live ur life like some sad pathetic soap opera..........
someone's 'intelligence' makes it 'right' for them to be conceited...?? what-was he born a genius outta the womb...?? how ridiculous......
u will never find someone as....blah,blah,blah........
its too bad u dont hve any clue how much sheer tragic Penelope Pistop crap is in ur few, sad statements......
used to beat u...?? guess that just means u haven't 'done anything stupid enough' for u to need correcting in awhile................
wow....... maybe i shouldn't have commented so harshly...
cause the more i type- the sadder i feel for u........ -

Re: PASSIONATE MIX! Scorpio + Sagittarius
Mon, January 19, 2009 - 8:42 PMUm.. .. See this is what I mean you are honest to a fault..almost.
But from what I read he sounds like a complete asshole. I mean seriously.. beat on you and you now suspect hes cheated on you??
Not being married to him may be a blessing in disguise...
It's easy to justify a person when they have equally good and bad traits. But when someone tears down the soul of another.. then its time to run and never look back. ( I don't care how good they are in the bed)

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Wed, November 26, 2008 - 5:25 PMIm actually a Scorpio in terms of western astrology. But, that is wrong. I found out that I am actually a Sagittarius. I have read alot about this topic so I know what I am talking about. My father is a Scorpio(not western) and so is my colleague at work(not western). I get along with both of them to a point. I have noticed that the Scorpio is all about themselves, they are too self righteous. They try to force others to follow what they like. I never do it. With my father I listen to him because I respect his age. But, I have noticed that they easily forget kind words or kind actions. They do not have a super memory like people make them out to have. I also feel that they are cowards in many situations. They cannot never in their life take on someone one on one. But, I have. Many times in my life. They may be passionate lovers but they are disrespectful to their spouses. Saggis may rub people the wrong way but the spouse will always bounce back to a Sag without any complaints. With regards to sex, I have pleased every woman I have slept with. My relationships have only broken off when my temper comes in the way. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Thu, November 27, 2008 - 3:23 AMi find that there are two groups of scorpios the evolved and the un-evolved. its the latter
group that gives scorpios a bad reputation and when people hear someone mention
that they're a scorpio that puts a bad taste in peoples mouths. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Thu, November 27, 2008 - 7:18 AMthey say scorpio isnt good for sadges but i desagree
i always had great relationships w scorpios and i think scorpio men r magnetic and so romantic
but recently i had the opportunnity to see the dark side of an scorpio, i met this scorpio guy, whos a writer, in his middle 30s also a martial arts teacher and he was so frustrated cos he dont have a gf, and everytime we met, it was the same thing: everybody is happy cos they r in a relationship, but me. at first i felt sorry for him, and told him that at its right time love would come etc he dont realize he became a caricature of the romantic person, i guess hes in love with love, not w women
he also has a amazing self steem (apparently) and said that he was a prince a knight a poet all in woman and that good guys never win in love.
as im a sadge i started to feel impatient to hear his talk cos it was always the same cryin and i didnt bought all his talkin. when i first strtated to desagree with him, he start to cut me of his life with some pathetic excuses
i guess he didnt want to be disturbed of his dream -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Fri, November 28, 2008 - 6:20 PMTransformation is in the scorpios dna. They are kinda like the ouroboros. Life is a whole
spectrum of colors. Not everyone colors within the lines. Scorpio seems to view situations
from a one-way street, black or white mindset. Your with them or your against them, good
or evil. -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Fri, November 28, 2008 - 6:41 PMyeah i dont think i told the story very well cos im not good at it lol
but what really impressed me was the constrast between the way he acts in real life and the way he sees and sells himself and his image
he talks about women like we only pick the rebels or the bad guys, and tells stories about how some girl broke his heart and howwoman in the city he lives is acting no-classy etc.. but the way he acted with me was extremely disrespectful and childish
and i dont think he is mean, i just think hes paranoic obessessive and stupid and he made a story in his head and hes living it ito his mind and anyone who tries to pull him back he cut it off
oh other thing what i meant to say was ''a poet a knight all in one'' not woman LOL -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Wed, July 29, 2009 - 1:42 PMOw wow....wow, you hit the nail right on my sadge head. I have been hurt allot by woman in my life to and i kinda got that reaction from women as well, i try not to, but i just need some good woman to set things straight i guess.
And someone made a libra doormat joke, well my longest relationship was with a libra lol because of that reason. I was young and she did not made my mistakes cost me, wich i liked, but after a while it got stale.
I've being going out with a scorpio sun woman, and i like it, i have a Moon/mars in scorpio and i like that i can vent my negative feelings to her and she wont feel bad about it, she actually likes it when i do that...
Did not have sex with her though, but i have the feeling it could be wonderful the way she talkes about it... -

Re: Sagittarius + Scorpio...
Thu, July 30, 2009 - 11:14 PMIf you notice in the constellation sag's arrow is pointed at the heart of scorpio.
scorp's have attratctions to sag's. I have seen this many times.
My first real love was in fact a sag and I have mars/venus/jupiter scorpio.
very hot indeed. at first his honesty was a bit brutal to my heightened scorpio skin, but when I began to understand the value of his openness it really became a growth for both of us. We had am amazing relationship, lots of mental activity, very synergistic, hot fights, hotter sex.
Our relationship ended for reasons beyond our control, but it is something I would not have traded for the world.
I say enjoy your scorpio girl!

Fri, October 16, 2009 - 1:38 PMnot a chance, they have massive ego's! But i think there is definately an attraction there I have had 2 scoripo partners, and all I did was constantly argue and fight between having some very passionate sex. Depends what you want?
