I first posted this in the other Sage tribe i pow-wow in... the post/reply that triggered it is here.....

A reply in the 'ways u communicate' posting brought this out for me..........
Let me first say that i am NOT nessecarily a firm, absolute, DEFINITE , unquestioned 'believer' in the astrologies, but i am VERY open-minded, esp if i apply hindsight across my life - as far as re-occuring traits of various people i've come across, and thier 'signs'....
The reply gave a list of suggestions to communicate with Scorpios.., which actually in and of itself seemed reasonable-, but really raised my hackles (lol-how often does a guy get to say THAT,huh.... ) - in that it was TOTALLY representitive of just how self-involved, self-important and egotistical i have found many Scorpios to be-(and YES absolutely and obviously i have come across the same in all others signs as well..., but again with an examining hindsight...-there is something singularly noticeable about the 'similar' -ish form of the Scorpio brand of conciet....
Scorpios are SSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOO muck-raking SPECIAL thers a 'way' to deal/communicate with them ........... ???!!!
Um..., Scorpio-GET OVER THYSELF !!!!!!
And spare me the bullsheet about how they are just 'mis-understood'...........

(p.s.- please dont take this TOO seriously- i dont pre-judge anyone to the point of not being open to being proved wrong..., and like i said - i dont even nessecarily put 100% stock in signs in general...except for the fact that Virgos make me horny, i brake the hearts of Capricorns, and i'll never seriously date another Scorpio if my life depened on it..................................................)

I have said myself "you have to understand - Sag doesn't TRY to hurt your feelings or say something stupid... it just comes out that way!" I would say "Of course, that's "you have to listen to us in this special way" rather than "you have to talk to us this special way"", but I doubt a {fill in your sign of choice here} would notice the difference! ;->
Since I have my Venus in Scorpio, I try not to hate Scorps. I'd just HATE myself for all the self-loathing!

If we trust you and you want to know something, ask a direct question. Sagg's are good at that and it's the quickest way to a direct answer. -

Wed, July 18, 2007 - 12:52 AMgood point. but i'm sensitive too, and you scorpio's can really lash out and over exaggerate some situations. like today one of my friends, that happens to be a scorpio, completely freaked out on one of my other friends over the simplest thing. They argued and my scorpio friend started to get so mad untill he got out of the car and called my other friend out, told him to get out of the truck and fight him. He then punched the truck with his bare fist while continuing his rampage and proceeded to punch the truck again. i tried to explain to them both how ridiculous it all was, and it didnt seem like my other friend was really as serious or even nearly as upset as my scorpio friend had gotten. My scorpian friend ended up saying "fuck you guys" and storming off home. When we followed him asking him if he wanted a ride he continued to blow us off. it was just weird and i had to agree with the statements because it was funny because the whole time we were with him he always had something to say about how good he was at everything, and he'd bitch at everyone else, because they didnt do anything right, and everyone just so happened to constatly be pissing him off because everyone else was wrong and he was right about everything.. and that attitude is what pretty much started the whole mess from the beginning lol! but i truthfully think that its just the new moon because everyone's been kind of out of wack today. -

Wed, July 18, 2007 - 2:11 AMWow. That ones got some anger management issues. But as ridiculous as his behaviour is, I have to pity him. He's an incredibly insecure young man. I won't deny that if I think I'm right about something, I will argue my position...but there is a point when one should agree to disagree. And to want to come to blows over it is just plain stupid, but then that further illistrates that he thinks he can be right simply by being physically more powerful. He certainly has manipulative tendancies. Hopefully he'll grow out of that. -

But the sagg. side tries to keep it lighter and looser ...
I have many many friends of both signs but more scorpios ... they're more sincere and less flighty i'd say ...

It would help if he'd be a bit more open minded to new idea's and not stuck in the state of mind that everyone's out to get him. but oh well, he'll realise someday.
i'm not saying all scorpio's. Hell i'm head over heels for one! i have no problem at all with scorpios!

As for scopittarius..it sounds good, but there is the dilemma. Optimism brings happiness, and to many ignorance is bliss. But melancoly is the state in which people look inside, for the answers to deeper questions. I love the Sagg opitimism. But a life of naive happiness brings no answers...and as beautiful as Sagg's are, for all their wonderlust and childlike naivity, I wonder how a Sagg/Scorp looks upon the world. -
